I in iphone does not stand for ice

So on Friday, Carson decided that the i in iphone stands for iceSince he is learning his letters and all…

Carson and I picked Sarah up from school and Sarah went to the fence to tell her friends goodbye.  Since I was close to the car, I put Carson in the car {for a minute} and went back to get Sarah.  I buckled both children in and went around to the driver’s door and saw my large cup of

used to be iced tea

turned over.  As I opened the door, I saw my phone floating in the tea in the middle console.  {Before I went into the school to get Sarah, my phone was charging in the console of my car where it always is and my large iced tea was sitting comfortably in the cup holder.}

I panicked, grabbed the phone and it was toast!  When I got home, I tried putting it in a bowl of rice to try to dry it out…no such luck, but they said at ATT and Apple that sometimes it works.  In my panicked and crying state, I went to the Apple Store in Willow Bend and Ryan hooked me {way better than my warranty} and replaced my phone for free.

Thank You Ryan…you were really n-ice
