Happy Halloween
What a fun day! We went around to some of our friend’s houses and then came back to Trick Or Treat with some of our neighbors. Sarah was Snow White and Carson was Elmo decided to rebel against his Elmo costume and went as a football player.

Not Me Monday!
I absolutely did not wake up this morning with a splitting headache and feeling nauseous. I did not proceed to try to get ready in the normal 30 minutes that I have to myself in the mornings. After an hour of trying to get ready I did not realize that I could not make it to school and lay down on the couch to sleep for 6 hours. Dewey did not call me to check on me and state “I hope you are not pregnant” {I am so not dropping any hints here either…in no way shape or form am I pregnant!!!! FOR REAL!}
After waking up, I did not decide to battle through my nauseousness {because that is a word} and take Sarah to her hair cut appointment. While we were there, I did not spike Carson’s hair and it was in no way A-DORABLE!
Carson’s right eye is not red and I no way am I praying that it does not get any worse! We did not pull over in the parking lot on the way home, for me to get sick and in no way was Sarah the sweetest thing ever in trying to “make me feel better”.
I so will not battle through my sickness tomorrow at school, because in no way do I have anything to do at school…since it is the end of the three weeks and all. {Teachers, don’t laugh too hard…your stomach might start hurting!}
And, I am definitely not writing this post when I should be in bed…Goodnight!

Under the Sea Birthday Party!
We had Sarah’s {Little Mermaid} birthday party today.
Family Came…
Friends Came…
We had cake…
Not my best cake, I know, but Sarah loved it {even though she resembled a monkey}. Ariel can take third place behind my Lightning McQueen Cake and my Princess Castle Cake.
We Opened Presents…
We played with the Light saber…
{Sarah did not hit her friend with it…but I love her expression on her face in this picture}
And the “Birthday Bunny” brought her gift…
Happy Birthday Sarah!
We’re outa here…

Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner X3!
We had a neighborhood Fall Festival that we went to this afternoon and we won door prizes/bake offs times three! We brought canned goods and got two raffle tickets and I baked brownie cheesecake bites that won first place in the bake off. Our two raffle tickets were drawn and we won free kids meals at Chili’s, and free coffee from McDonalds for a year! I won a $15 gift certificate to Southern Living and a cookbook for my brownie cheesecakes. The kids had a great time throwing the football, jumping in bounce houses, kicking soccer balls and climbing the wall. What a great way to end the weekend!
Headed home after a fun afternoon with neighbors!

Seeing Double…
I teach 5th grade with four other amazing women. Last week, we all wore black pants with a funky printed black shirt and got compliments of our outfits from others at school. So, this morning when I walked into school, I was totally shocked when one of my team mates was wearing the same sweater in orange as I was in brown. We had to document it with a picture {of course} and now I wish we would of taken a picture of all of us in black.
{Side Note: Debbie’s nickname is Gilligan and mine is Professor…we all have names from Gilligan’s Island.}
That’s right people, that’s how we roll!!!
We are such a close knit group, we know what each other is wearing with out planning…just kidding, all coincidence, but just saying…
