Big Boy and the "I do it" Girl

Carson is getting really good with his sippy cup! Notice that all of his milk is making it into his mouth and not all over his mouth. Such a big boy!!!!
He is so proud of himself. He giggles so loud after he drinks from his big boy cup.
Sarah enjoying some "me" time and coloring on the kitchen floor.
Here, she is telling me, "I'm trying to color m-o-m-m-y!!!" Just a little independent, don't you think?

Good Times!

Carson and his four teeth enjoying Pops Boat!

Slip and Slide was a hit.

Sarah and her cousins playing in the water.

Dewey and Seth, my cousin, on the Sea Doo

Sarah and her cousin, Evie, enjoying some pasta.

I LOVE Memorial Day weekend for two reasons. Reason #1: The start of summer and Reason #2: The family reunion. We had a blast visiting with family members and playing with cousins. If you don't know my family, Dewey describes us as HUGE. My grandfather had 7 siblings and when I was a kid, 100+ people would show up at our reunion, but as people go their own ways, less and less people are about to come. But for those who do show, it is (was) a great time!

Future Red Raiders...

Family Picture in front of the Tech Seal. Sarah is not wanting to participate!

Again, Sarah is not interested in taking pictures. She is stressing over her shoe (See it on the ground?) because somehow she kicked it off in her "excitement" of taking the picture
Carson thinks he is hot stuff, walking along the edge.
Big Expectations!!! (I love this picture)
This is in front of the new alumni center. Now, Sarah is all ready to take pictures and she is trying to get Carson to smile. By this time, his allergies were killing him and he was in no mood!!

Sweet Family!

Kalee, Kamdon, Karson, and Baby Carson (Sarah didn't want to be in this picture)

Mommy, Sarah, and Kalee

Karson and Baby Carson

We visited the Robinson family, who I nannied for while was in college. The twins, Kamdon and Karson, just finished their freshman in college and Kalee is finishing up her sophomore year in HS. Baby Carson was able to met his namesake (even though we spell it differently). Kamdon, Karson, and Kalee-you all have grown into wonderful young people and I am proud of you!

Red Raider Baseball

Papa Coach umpired the Tech game this weekend and we went to see him. Carson is cheering on the team in his jersey and Sarah is more interested in watching the game instead of taking a picture. :)

Trip to Lubbock

We took the kids out to Lubbock this weekend and had a blast! We visited a friend of mine, who I grew up with, and we were able to play with her kids. Thanks Erin, Hannah, and Emily for sharing your toys. It was good seeing you!
