Park Play Date

We meet some friends for a park play date and lunch.  The kids enjoyed the weather and we all enjoyed a great hole in the wall seafood restaurant.

White Rock Lake

We tried going to the Arboretum, but they were crazy crowded so we opted to take a walk around White Rock Lake.  What a fun day and we topped it off with Keller’s burgers…YUMMY!!!!

Learning How to Use…

…my camera has been fun.  We got together with one of my sweet friends and she showed me some of her tricks.  I love learning how to process “in my camera”! It has saved me a lot of time on the computer and I think they turn out a lot better!!!

 

          

This is by far my favorite from the day!

I’m as giddy as a school girl…

…over my new camera!  My friend was selling her Nikon to upgrade her camera stuff and I got a late Christmas present.  S.C.O.R.E.  I also convinced her to sell me two {of her way cool} lenses. 

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this camera and the lenses. 

  

***Disclaimer….Please excuse the crazy runny nose and “leftover lunch on the face” in this picture.  I could of Photoshopped it out, but I didn’t.  With this weather, little man’s nose has been running like a faucet and leftover lunch on the face is just how we roll…sometimes. :)
