Fourth of July Celebration

For the actual Fourth, we headed to McKinney to celebrate in style.  We had a great time waiting in the long lines playing in the kid area and watching fireworks.  The kids played on jump houses, got tattoos, had balloon creations make (that popped in the grass), and we all watched fireworks.

The Fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays because we can celebrate what is great about America!  {And it is in the summer}

Here’s to a Fabulous Fourth with Family!

Family Reunion

For Fourth of July, we headed to the lake for our family reunion.  Family reunions hold a special place in my heart and I have fond memories of hanging our with family and eating great food.  It is my wish that Sarah and Carson can create fond memories of family and fun as I have over the years.  This year we had fun…

…playing in the lake…

…making Fourth of July hats…

…playing Bingo and hanging out…

Fourth of July Fun

This post is brought to you by the letter F

This weekend, we went to our city’s

Fourth of July Celebration.

We had a great time with…

Fire trucks…

Friends…

(This couple holds a very special place in our hearts, but more to come about that in a later post…July 16th to be exact!  And little man ADORES them even though he does not look like it here!)

Fighting…

(okay, Dewey is really not fighting.  He is mastering his Taekwondo skills by breaking a board, but it didn’t work with the letter of the post!)

Family Pictures…

…And Fireworks…

The kids also enjoyed bounce houses, hockey, swimming, and dancing to the The Commodores.

Thank you Lassetter Family for having us over for a fun day!

(Oddly enough, I didn’t get any pictures with you, E, or Baby Sarah.  Oops!)
